There are 2 M.Sc. Programs operating at the Department of Informatics and Telecommunications since 2008-09. One provides an M.Sc. in Modern Wireless Communications (email: wireless@go.uop.gr) and the other one an M.Sc. in Computer Science (email: cstpms-secr@uop.gr, tel: (+30) 2710 372169).

In addition, the Department participates in the following M.Sc. Programs:

• starting from academic year 2017-2018, an M.Sc. in Data Science  is offered, in collaboration with the Institute of Informatics & Telecommunications of the National Centre for Scientific Research "Demokritos" (email: DataScience@iit.demokritos.gr, tel: (+30) 210 6503204)
• starting from academic year 2023-2024, an M.Sc. in "Management & Technologies in Cultural Heritage – Mantech," which is a collaboration between the Departments of History, Archaeology and Cultural Resources Management, Informatics and Telecommunications, Management Science and Technology, and Digital Systems of the University of Peloponnese.
